Constant Organization, Ltd. provided Pre-Construction and General Contracting services for the interior remodeling of multiple tenants within the 3-story building, totaling 90,000-ft2. The building will be 100% leased in 2014.
Tenant improvements were provided for;
- GET-Netrix, LLC a worldwide networking firm
- FGMK, a premiere certified accounting firm
- Marathon Capital, an investment firm
Construction services included a new fitness center complete with locker room, specialized networking center on the lower level, remodel of all rest rooms, reconstruction of existing mechanical room to accommodate new generator for the building, new TPO roof, and upgrade to the building’s fire alarm system.
